At Bad Attitude Bees LLC, we take pride in delivering our honey and bee products quickly, carefully, and with the same attention we give our bees. Please review our policy below.
Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping rates are added at checkout and depend on order size and destination.

You will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@badattitudebees.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will review and, if eligible, send a replacement or refund.
If a package is lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, Bad Attitude Bees is not responsible. However, if possible, we will do our best to assist you in obtaining a replacement product.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used food items. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@Badattitudebees.com with a detailed description and photos of the issue. We will evaluate and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us at info@badattiudebees.com within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate requests before shipping.
